During operation, or during the execution of a walkup job, the display of the corresponding mode appears. When there is no walkup job, or during the execution of a print or fax print job, the display shows "PRINTING". If any key is pressed, this display changes to the display of the currently selected mode. Modes and data status lights There are data lights above the PRINT and FAX keys. PRINT DISABLED Printing is not possible because a paper misfeed has occurred, there is no more toner, or the drum life is over. NO TRAY A tray with the selected paper size has not been set. Paper tray and paper size The paper tray and paper size used for the job are displayed. However, if the job status is "NO TRAY", only the paper size appears. 6 Multi-Access Operation Procedures for Using Multi-Access 1) Interrupting a copy job 1 Press the INTERRUPT key during a copy job.
